Welcome to Survivor Self-Help

Survivor Self-Help is a collaborative project of survivors of sexual assault and abuse. We're dedicated to creating a self-help and healing portal specifically for survivors, however this wiki will contain useful information for all to use! This website will contain exercises, healing tips, and other resources created by survivors for survivors, however much of the information is useful for anyone! Some exercises may be adapted from exercises used in self-help books, individual therapy, and treatment programs. The goal of this website is to allow all survivors to heal and thrive.

Two small notes: This wiki is structured so that after you click on a topic you will be led to a list of links. Each link is a specific topic that was formerly housed under the keyword, however was moved to prevent crowding. Unless otherwise noted these links SHOULD keep you in this Wiki. The second note is that any link with a DOTTED LINE underneath it is not up and running and still needs to be finished.

A third note: I am not in control of the side ads provided by google. One of the costs of having a free site is having annoying little ads, however I think the google ads are better than banner style ads. Just ignore them ;).
